School Feeding Programme strategies enable primary pupils to qualify for high nutritious school meals, comprehensive health package and services. The purpose of the study was establish how meals programme strategies, monitoring evaluation practices influence learner participation in Public Primary Schools Makueni County, Kenya. objective article is examine regular provision during days anchored on; Social Learning Theory. Pragmatism Paradigm guides as it delivers usage quantitative qualitative approaches research. Descriptive research survey design correlation were employed. Target population 875 people comprising County Education Officers, Sub Chairpersons- Board Management, Head teachers, Teachers learners SFP. Using Yamane’s formula, a sample size 275 drawn. Purposive sampling, simple random methods employed select appropriate size. Closed open ended questionnaire, interview guide gather information. Pilot testing assess validity reliability instruments conducted Machakos County. Quantitative information analyzed using descriptive, inferential statistics. Data SPSS software version 25 results presented. To demonstrate strength association variables under investigation, several linear regression models used. Pearson's Product Moment Correlation coefficient(r) computed. coefficient determination R2 0.440 this an indicator that model depicted explained 44%. remaining 56% by other factors overall F statistics 11.510. findings presented tables with correlations, regressions, mean, standard deviations, frequencies percentages.
